There are three ways to join Dina Card, which are detailed below.
*** Think carefully when you NOMINATE your favourite Restaurant where you frequently dine - this is where you build up valuable Dining Dollar Rewards. This must of course be one of our Participating Restaurants.

Just click on the JOIN link below. fill in our secure on-line application pay via Paypal or credit card then SUBMIT the form via EMAIL.
We'll email confirmation of receipt of your application - then you will be sent a receipt together with your Membership Card.
2 Post
You can download and print out the application - complete the form - and POST it to Dina Card - 1/47 Norton St., Leichhardt NSW 2040. Make cheques payable to Robert's Media
3 Fax
You can also download and print out the application - complete the form including PayPal or Credit Card details - then FAX it to Dina Card - 02 9560 1269. OR send cheque payable to Robert's Media.
