Terms and Conditions for Members

1. Who can use Dina Card?
Dina Card privileges and Card can only be used by the authorised Member - the person who applied for the card and who has given us his/her details on the official Application and whose Data we hold.

2. Obtaining either Discount or Reward
There are two ways of saving with Dina Card
a) Casual use - presenting the card when paying for the total food bill (claiming the discount in either dollar amount or percentage as published by the restaurant.) and is applicable for up to eight diners. If you are dining in such a group, only one card can be used per meal. You can use this card at any Participating Restaurant, as many times as you like.
b) Loyalty Rewards Programme. You need to nominate a restaurant. Choose one where you tend to dine a lot, register online and nominate this restaurant. If you want to dine around and decide later, you don't have to nominate the first time you register. This can be done at a later date - just login, choose Edit your Profile and nominate your restaurant then.
c) Dina Card Rewards (and discounts) can not be used in combination with any other general Restaurant discount, special offer or promotion

When you spend over $60 at your Nominated Restaurant, and present your card you can either receive their published discount on the spot, or you may choose a $10.00 Dining Dollar Rewards voucher. You can redeem this within 6 months from your first date of dining. All dining vouchers will expire after this 6 month period.

3. Value & Life of Vouchers
You may accumulate these vouchers up to the value of $100 and then redeem these vouchers (in whole or in part value) any time between Monday to Friday (no weekends or public holidays). You can only redeem $100 maximum at any one time. If you spend less than $100, the balance can be used in future dining at your Nominated Restaurant.
When you choose vouchers, you must login on www.dinacard.com.au and submit your voucher online. In turn, you will be issued a number that you must record on each $10 voucher.
The online validation is for verification and security, and lets us can keep track of your Rewards balance to be forwarded to the restaurant. Keep vouchers in a safe place until you wish to redeem them.

4. Redeeming Vouchers
You can redeem your vouchers anytime in $10 lots up to maximum $100 value at any one time. You need to log in and advise your redemption online. Dina Card will confirm this and send you out a voucher for the amount you wish to redeem. Please note you must hand in the $10 vouchers in the redemption amount to the restaurant with the dining voucher we send you.

5. Using your Dina Card
i) Dina Card is non transferable and can only be used by the registered owner.
ii) Use of the Dina Card constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions which may change without notice.
iii) Dina Card Rewards (and discounts) can not be used in combination with any other general Restaurant discount, special offer or promotion
iv) Restaurants will set their own discount offer which is published on our website. It is important that you check their offerings when dining at any of the restaurants on any of our sites,(sydneyrestaurants.com - choicerestaurants.net - dineitalian.net - idinein.com)
v) Dina Card Dining Dollar Rewards ¨C and Discounts from Participating Restaurants ¨C are NOT redeemable for cash
vi) It is important to advise the waiter when ordering your meal that you will be using your Dina Card and present it to them for their inspection. Remember that your waiter may be new on the job and not yet familiar with the use of Dina Card. Be patient with them. Remember that the owner of the restaurant has chosen to participate in this programme by his or her own free choice and welcomes your presence.

6. When can I use my Dina Card?
The Dina Card can be used at anytime, 7 days a week, unless otherwise specified by the individual Participating Restaurant - say, with specials Monday to Friday. There may be variances of discounts through the week, at weekends and on public holidays

7. When can I apply my Dining Dollar Rewards?
Your Dining Dollar Rewards are for use Mondays to Fridays ONLY, and are not valid for weekends or public holidays.

8. Takeaway Meals
The Dina Card may be used for takeaway orders, unless specifically stated otherwise by the individual Participating Restaurant.

9. Lost or Stolen Restaurant Cards
If your Dina Card is lost or stolen we will immediately replace it FOC, provided you are a registered member of our programme. If you need to order a new Dina Card please contact us:

10. Additions & Deletions of Participating Restaurants
From time to time we may add or delete restaurants from our programme.
Since it is impossible to notify every member individually, when changes occur we will post all such changes on our website www.dinacard.com.au and it will also be included in our newsletter.
